With a fan base that is growing exponentially, Sekshun 8 brings a loyal following from all around the world. Their music has been labeled a melding of: Nickelback, Marilyn Manson, and Iron Maiden. How about four guys from Portsmouth, Virginia that all grew up together. They were childhood friends and continue to be as close as family to this very day. Their new album, Black Winged Butterfly was produced by, Stevie Vann Lange, ex-wife of “Mutt” Lange. Chet McCracken of the Doobie Brothers lent his drumming expertise to the effort. Alan Bradshaw (of Iron Maiden/Pink Floyd fame) mastered the tracks at Metropolis Studios in London, England. With names like these in the mix, the album is almost guaranteed to have a golden sound.
